But first - what's a CMA? This just stands for "Comparative Market Analysis." It's a report that real estate professionals use to help themselves and homeowners understand the current market, what has sold recently, and how this compares to a specific property (i.e your listing). The CMA is useful in determining the fair market value of a property and the best pricing strategy for your listing.
